Security

Our agents talk to your customers every day, so protecting their information is part of the job. Here's how we handle it.
Your data stays in your systems
Our agents work inside the tools you already use and control: your helpdesk, ecommerce platform and team chat. You create their accounts and set their permissions. We don't copy your customers' information into separate ResolvedCX systems, and you can review or revoke access at any time.
Access is limited and individual
- Every agent gets a named account. We don't share logins.
- Agents get only the access their role needs, and we ask clients to set permissions on that basis.
- We use multi-factor authentication wherever your tools support it.
- When someone leaves your account or ResolvedCX, we tell you right away and ask that their access be removed immediately.
Our people
- Everyone on our team agrees to confidentiality obligations before working on a client account.
- Onboarding includes training on data privacy, handling customer information, and spotting phishing and social engineering.
- Team leads and managers supervise every account, and our QA reviews check that agents follow your data-handling rules.
Work-from-home standards
Remote work means we set clear standards for every agent's workspace:
- a private workspace where others can't see the screen;
- a password-protected, up-to-date computer with security software and an automatic screen lock;
- a secured home internet connection;
- no downloading, printing, photographing or storing client or customer data outside your systems.
If something goes wrong
Agents are trained to report suspected security issues to their manager immediately. If we confirm an incident affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly and work with you to contain and fix it, in line with our agreement with you.
Compliance
We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable U.S. law. We work within our clients' own compliance programs and can agree to client-specific confidentiality, data-protection and security terms in our services agreements.
Questions or reports
For security questions, or to report a vulnerability or concern, email michael@resolvedcx.com. If you need our security practices for a vendor review, ask your ResolvedCX account manager.
